“What I was searching outside, I found inside me. I experienced this through meditation.”
SHAKTI (Vienna, Austria)
During a visit to the Bosnian Pyramids, Shakti and her friend met Pradeep Vijay, a Pyramid Valley master. Following his meditation workshop in Vienna, Shakti decided to attend a retreat at Pyramid Valley in Bangalore.
“This retreat was a marvelous experience,” says Shakti. “Throughout my life, I was always searching outside, in different ways. I was searching through relationships, journeys, and all kinds of adventures. But here, at Pyramid Valley, I came home to my Soul and to my Self. It feels like I have now started a real life, and I have taken responsibility for it. I always escaped the responsibility, because I had no feeling of belonging to the Earth. And now I am grounded and yet still connected to the Light which is inside me. What I was searching outside, I found inside me. I experienced this through meditation.”
“Here, I enjoyed being alone by myself, and not being lonely.
I experienced the oneness and the aloneness with myself.”
Shakti loved the campus atmosphere, and appreciates the dedication of the Pyramid Valley staff, who made her stay in India a very pleasant experience. “I greatly enjoyed the spiritual, friendly and loving atmosphere here. All the people here served us with such dignity and joy,” she says.
The retreat helped her find her Soul purpose. “What was very new for me is that here I enjoyed being alone by myself, and not being lonely. Instead, I experienced the oneness and the aloneness with myself. I have the feeling that a new life is starting, but I am aware that I have to go on — this is just a beginning of the journey and not the end. Pradeep gave 20 rules for moving forward and for furthering the spiritual evolution. We should not rest on the experience; we should develop, be sincere and serious, without faking it. So, you really have to focus in order to continue the journey, until you have released all the karmic baggage and you are staying anchored at the Soul level. Now this is my purpose.”
