“I feel rich, as if the Universe has gifted me an opportunity to undergo personal growth.”
KRISTIAN (Denmark)
Kristian had been a school teacher for over 30 years. After his retirement three years ago, he turned towards spirituality, and has been on an inner journey ever since. After attending a seminar on the seven chakra system in Denmark conducted by the the global meditation coach Pradeep Vijay, Kristian thought that it was the right time to travel to India and experience meditation at Pyramid Valley.
At Pyramid Valley in Bangalore, Kristian has the feeling of being at the right time and on the right place. “It has been a totally precise timing of the Universe for me to be here, to experience all these energies and benefits of the Pyramid, as well as the lectures and the meditations,” he says. “I feel rich, as if the Universe has gifted me an opportunity to undergo personal growth. I am very grateful for this. And now I can move on with my life and see what happens."
“I made friendship with my breath. It was new for me, because what I did before, I thought it was meditation, but it wasn’t.”
For Kristian, the biggest takeaway from the retreat was learning proper anapanasati meditation. “I made friendship with my breath. It was new for me, because what I did before, I thought it was meditation, but it wasn’t. But now that I have practiced for many hours, I know how to do it, and it makes total difference to me. I think I am going from this place being very, very rich and grateful for this.”
Kristian completed the retreat with the feeling of being reborn. “At Pyramid Valley I found gentleness and kindness. I am very grateful for it. It has been a very interesting experience, and there were many lessons to learn. Of course, there were some challenges too. In overcoming these challenges, I used the tool of surrendering, and now I feel very much like a newborn. It fits.”
